Job Summary
The IT Site Administrator (End User Services) provides reliable, high-quality on-site IT and digital workplace support for both office and manufacturing users. Acting as the local IT point of contact, the role ensures workplace technology in the office environment - including end-user devices, collaboration tools, meeting rooms, printing, network access, and site IT services - is available, secure, and aligned with global IT standards.

Key Responsibilities
End User & Manufacturing IT Support + Service Delivery
Provide onsite Tier 1–2 support for office (e.g. laptops/desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, printing, and collaboration tools) and manufacturing computers (e.g. shopfloor PCs, industrial workstations).
Troubleshoot OS, application, and hardware issues, including user profile, performance, and connectivity issues in manufacturing and office environments.
Support users with login, performance, peripheral, and connectivity issues in both production and non-production areas.
Ensure rapid response to production-impacting IT incidents, following escalation and incident management procedures.
Handle incident and service request fulfilment through the ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow), meeting SLAs, MTTR and documenting resolutions.
Support user onboarding/offboarding processes: account access readiness, device provisioning, equipment return, and access changes.
Endpoint, Software & Security Compliance
Perform security compliance activities (patching, endpoint protection, access controls, encryption, vulnerability remediation).
Follow change management procedures to minimize risk to production operations.
Workplace Technology & Collaboration Tools
Support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, printers, and meeting room technologies.
Maintain availability of collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, conferencing systems) for users.
Provide VIP- and critical meeting support and perform preventive checks.
Coordinate repair/replacement of AV components and manage relationships with AV vendors if applicable.

Asset & Inventory Management
Manage site IT inventory including manufacturing computers, peripherals, spare equipment, and loaner devices.
Responsible for receiving, tagging, decommissioning assets, monitoring stock levels (laptops, accessories, spare parts)

Manufacturing Systems & Digital Ecosystem Support
Support the DigITal Ecosystem across the site, including integrations between end-user devices, manufacturing systems, and enterprise IT platforms.
Perform 1st&2nd-level troubleshooting for issues impacting:
Coordinate incident resolution with Enterprise IT, OT, application, cybersecurity, and external vendor teams.
Ensure manufacturing computers comply with security, patching, and configuration standards while respecting production constraints.
