Role Purpose

This role is Sydney based and the purpose of the role is to drive profitable growth and enhance customer experience. This role will report into a Global Account Executive and will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of customers primarily in the insurance space. The responsibilities for the role will be to;
1. Drive profitable growth
a. Proactively lead sales pursuits to capture maximum share of revenues from emerging business opportunities
b. Drive revenue growth within the client account to drive a higher share of client’s wallet
c. Lead and drive pipeline development to win new opportunities
d. Develop, manage and leverage relationships and networks in the client organisation
2. Enhance customer experience
a. Monitor and review execution of deals in the client account as per defined quality and process standards
b. Conduct progress review meetings internally to develop delivery oversight, tap issues or escalations with the client servicing teams across geographies.
c. Conduct regular checks and take actions to ensure customer delight.
d. Drive operational hygiene across all services
3. Bring best of Wipro to the customer
a. Showcase appropriate Wipro’s solutions that are a strategic fit for the customer.
b. Ensure that solutions and delivery road maps align with customer requirements.
c. Demonstrate Wipro's leadership in external conferences, meets and seminars, by presenting thought leadership and connecting with key customers.
d. Position and introduce new GTM offerings and solutions.
4. Build and maintain executive relationships
a. Build strong executive relationship with IT and business stakeholders.
b. Jointly craft and drive solutions that are aligned to business outcomes.
c. consult and advise executives on emerging areas that can address their business priorities.
Job Description
Role:
Manage and grow a strategic accounts. You will be responsible for directing the organic growth strategy across a strategic account portfolio, including vision setting, annual account planning, identification of key growth opportunities, proactive client value creation and overall financial health of accounts within your portfolio. The Client Partner will be responsible for driving profitable growth from the account by developing strategic client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through world-class delivery. The goal is to make the client successful and committed to Wipro's long term through a trusted advisor relationship.

DO:
- At least 15+ years of experience in selling IT Services in Tier-1 or Tier-2 competitive organizations.
- Strong knowledge of global delivery model (GDM) and methodologies. Should be familiar with cross selling various service lines for customers
- Ability to present and interact at all levels, and have consultative sales capability.
- Ability to work and collaborate across other teams in various service lines and anchor together for the account.
- Exposure to delivery, sales or pre-sales roles will be required
- Should have managed a multi-million USD account, across various geos.
- Strong Account Management - building and managing client relationships at the all levels.
- Carry targets on revenue, bookings and OM.
- Get involved in resolving any people management issue within Wipro teams
- Generating leads by interacting with the customers in various lines of business to expand our footprint.
- Presenting and publishing the proposals (proactive ones as well as responses to RFP/RFIs)
- Interacting with Procurement and Supplier relationship team from customer organization and maintain smoother flow of contracts, invoices and payments.
- Work closely with senior customer team (CIO, VPs and Directors) to suggest, advice, evaluate, and prime business growth

Qualifications/Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience as an Account Executive or Client Partner for a major technology or consulting services firm. Additionally, the candidate should have the following qualifications.
• Ability to generate and sustain high impact client relationships (within top tier firms) yielding a meaningful level of revenue/margin contribution.
• Deep knowledge of the ENU industry, competitors, future trends and offerings
• Extensive experience in dealing with C level executives.
• Strong track record of selling large IT and management consulting services deals at the most senior levels in client organisations, having managed and grown a portfolio upto $50 Mil
• Strong executive presence and entrepreneurial spirit, with outstanding team building and collaborative skills
• Ability and willingness to partner internally and externally to achieve the appropriate objectives for the client
