Job Description
Role Summary:
We are seeking a forward-thinking AI and Data Automation Lead to enhance the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cable service applications through intelligent automation and data-driven engineering. This role will focus on applying AI/ML and automation to proactively detect issues, optimize application behavior, and ensure seamless customer experiences across broadband, video, and voice platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Reliability Engineering & Automation
Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven observability and automation frameworks for critical cable service applications.
Develop predictive models for incident prevention, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
Automate operational workflows including deployment validation, anomaly detection, and self-healing mechanisms
Data Engineering & Insights
Build and maintain data pipelines to ingest logs, metrics, and traces from distributed systems and customer-facing platforms.
Apply advanced analytics to identify patterns, reduce MTTR, and improve service uptime.
Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with industry and regulatory standards
Collaboration & Leadership
Partner with software engineering, network operations, and customer experience teams to align reliability goals with business outcomes.
Work with a team of automation engineers and data scientists focused on application reliability.
Drive adoption of AIOps and SRE best practices across the organization
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as generative AI, edge analytics, and intent-based automation.
Continuously refine reliability metrics (SLIs/SLOs) and improve incident response processes.
Collaborate with vendors and platform teams to scale automation across hybrid environments.
Preferred Skills:
Certifications in SRE, AI/ML, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), or cable technologies (e.g., SCTE).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, incident management platforms, and customer experience analytics.
Familiarity with ITIL, TM Forum, and DevOps/SRE methodologies.
Experience: 5-8 Years .
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
