Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering: Conduct thorough analysis to gather and define clear, actionable requirements for our ADMS, OMS, and AMI systems. Ensure these requirements align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate current processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. Recommend enhancements that will increase efficiency, reliability, and performance of meter operations.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Oversee the lifecycle of project development from initiation to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data related to meter operations and generate insightful reports. Use these insights to inform strategic decisions and improve system performance.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure all solutions comply with industry standards and regulations. Stay abreast of technological advancements and regulatory changes affecting meter operations.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the Utilities industry.
  • Strong understanding of ADMS, OMS, and AMI systems.
  • Proven ability to gather and interpret requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
