Job Description: 

CPMP Solution Architect

Role Purpose
•    Target-state CPMP solution architecture. This Wipro role is responsible for delivering its assigned outcomes within the Client governance, architecture, privacy, security, quality, and release framework.

Key Responsibilities
•    Own end-to-end CPMP solution architecture.
•    Translate business and privacy requirements into platform and integration architecture.
•    Define system-of-record boundaries for identity, consent, preferences, activation, and audit data.
•    Design integration patterns across CPMP, Epsilon, MuleSoft, Snowflake, Marketing Hub, Bread Financial, POS, and web.
•    Assess OOTB connectors versus API/MuleSoft based on fit-for-purpose criteria.
•    Define identity resolution, conflict resolution, idempotency, retry, reconciliation, and audit patterns.
•    Define security, performance, availability, scalability, monitoring, and recovery requirements.
•    Review detailed designs and architecture decisions.
•    Coordinate with Client enterprise architecture, security, privacy, Epsilon, and third parties.

Required Qualifications & Experience
•    12+ years enterprise solution architecture.
•    OneTrust/Ketch or comparable privacy platform experience.
•    API, MuleSoft, CDP, data, martech, web, and security architecture experience.

Preferred Experience
•    Retail, consumer, loyalty, marketing, customer-data, privacy, or regulated enterprise experience.
•    Experience in multi-vendor environments with client and third-party platform teams.
•    Agile delivery and structured enterprise governance experience.

Key Deliverables / Outputs
•    Role-specific deliverables are completed against agreed acceptance criteria and phase gates.
•    Risks, dependencies, assumptions, and decisions are documented and escalated early.
•    Implementation evidence and documentation are complete for testing, audit, release, and operational handover.
•    Knowledge transfer is completed for Client and Wipro operational teams.

Success Measures
•    On-time delivery of assigned outcomes.
•    Quality and compliance with approved Client requirements.
•    Early identification and resolution of blockers.
•    Clear documentation, traceability, and audit evidence.
•    Effective collaboration across Wipro, Client, and third-party teams.

Area of Responsibility

Requirement Analysis-Participate in requirement discussions with client stakeholders to define solution and implementation level needs basis the business requirements.

Designing-Create solution architecture designs to meet cross-system interactions and business logic integration requirements, ensuring system cohesion across multiple applications.

Integration assessment and support-Assess and evaluate interactions across multiple applications by evaluating implementation dependencies and integration requirements.

Troubleshooting-Support validation of solution components during implementation and ensures the solution functions as designed.

Risk Analysis and Assessment-Assist in identifying potential risks by evaluating system performance of implemented architectural solutions, to ensure efficient system landscape.

Mandatory Skills: Adobe Launch and Analytics .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
