Description

Provides ongoing functional expertise and configuration support to customers within a SuccessFactors environment. Serves as a primary point of contact for post–go-live Employee Central support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents, service requests, and configuration-related inquiries in accordance with defined service levels. Acts as a trusted functional resource for customers by providing guidance, best-practice recommendations, and issue remediation for SuccessFactors Employee Central. Partners closely with customers to stabilize, optimize, and enhance their SuccessFactors environment through continuous support, configuration updates, troubleshooting, and functional enablement.

Essential Functions

  • Functions as an individual contributor solving customer issues post Go Live on SuccessFactors product. 
  • Creates and delivers high quality demonstrations and presentations.
  • Must have experience in a Managed Services ticketing environment.
  • Develops system configurations to conform to client specifications and best practices.
  • Adheres to software implementation standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoots and provides resolution of system issues or defects, as assigned..

Required Qualifications

  • Certification in SuccessFactors module. (Professional Certification in Employee Central Preferred)
  • SAP ECC consulting experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with detailed knowledge of business processes, technical documentation, and Employee Central (including Time Off) implementation.
  • At least 2 full implementation experiences on SuccessFactors Employee Central Module.
  • Must have led at least 2 full data migrations as the Lead
  • Prior experience in functional or technical consulting role.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Advance knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central product.
  • Skilled in technology coupled with business acumen to complement system consulting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Analytical and solutions oriented; ability to solve complex problems by providing detailed insight and constructive criticism into problems/complex situations.
  • Ability to assess and assist clients with existing systems and optimize their solutions using existing knowledge of system functionality and best practice recommendations.

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
