Job Description
Rizing HCM seeks an experienced WorkForce Software Suite Consultant for its Professional Services Team. This Consultant will provide first-class service for full life cycle implementations to Rizing HCM's customers. Additionally, this Consultant will collaborate closely with customers to deliver human resources systems that are based on industry best practices.

Essential Functions
Gathers and analyzes the clients’ business requirements and objectives.
Works as a trusted advisor to clients on complex implementations.
Consults with customers and advises them on Best Practice Implementation.
Works closely with project managers to optimize project success and profitability.
Develops system configurations to satisfy clients’ needs and increase their knowledge.
Contributes to software implementation standards and best practices.
Mentors and coaches junior consultants on projects and implementations.
Attends weekly team and COE meetings.
Completes and maintains all necessary paperwork, time sheets, expenses, etc.
Maintenance of Certifications & relevant qualifications.
Sales support (domain expertise).
Performs other duties as assigned.

Required qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree in information systems/technology or business, or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of related industry experience with country specific time and attendance background. Experience completing multiple time and attendance implementation projects. Direct experience participating in software implementation projects. Successfully leading at least 3 full life cycle WorkForce Software implementations.
• 4+ years of Workforce Software Suite experience including complex global time configuration.
• Level 1 Time and Attendance Workforce Software certification with demonstrated Level 2 capability.
• Workforce Software Forecasting and Scheduling Functional and Technical certification.

- Expert in various WorkForce Software modules to a Professionally Certified level.
- Ability to build personal relationships with clients and peers by inspiring and motivating others.
- Analytical and solutions-oriented; Ability to solve complex problems, provides detailed insight and constructive criticism into problems/complex situations.
- Strong presentation skills and meeting facilitation; displays confidence and poise in formal speaking situations; creates effective and compelling presentations while keeping meetings clearly focused on the agenda.
- Excellent written and oral communication; attentively listens and shares knowledge/expertise.
- Strong Thought leadership skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and management skills, with self-management of multiple tasks and deliverables.
- Advanced MS Office to include Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.

Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
