Job Description
The Consulting Manager is responsible for People Management of our Functional and Technical Consultants across the department. The role focuses on developing the team whilst leading by example by working on key Professional Services projects. The Consulting Manager will work with the Rizing HCM Sales team to support sales pursuits where deep levels of domain expertise are required, showcasing our capability. The Consulting Manager is seen as a thought Leader and Domain expert in the HCM industry.

Essential Functions:
- Participates in projects as a Lead or Solution Architect, consulting clients with confidence and high quality.
- Responsible for the management of a team of consultants (who are a mix of functional and/or technical in nature) including the professional development.
- Responsible for ensuring the team meets utilization targets and other agreed Key Performance Indicators.
- Provides input to the development of delivery excellence activities.
- Provides input into the support of Rizing’s products.
- Prepares knowledge transfer documentation and conducts training sessions.
- Acts as responsible for sales support (domain expertise).
- Interacts with project managers/CEM’s through escalations.
- Provides input to Rizing Products & Offerings.
- Provides input into bid model & Statement of Work creation.
- Provides input into the development and management of the global Centers of Excellence (COE) and leverages the COE to help the development of the consulting team and the resolution of complex client issues.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any technical or business-related discipline, or equivalent work experience, with formal management experience.
- Experience in a professional consulting firm.
- Experience in leading a team and experience in Leadership training.
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors modules (or equivalent such as WFS).

- Professional Certification in at least 1 Module of SuccessFactors.

- Ability to manage diverse teams across multiple time zones.
- Ability to appropriately prioritize requirements for competing resources.
- Ability to build personal relationships with clients and peers by inspiring and motivating others.
- Thought leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Advanced MS Office to include Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Ability to guide and mentor people to achieve personal and team goals.
Experience: >10 YEARS .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $230,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
