*THIS ROLE WILL BE FILLED IN the UNITED STATES*

Provides functional expertise, guidance, and instructions to customers on SuccessFactors products post implementation. Functions as a key resource for customers answering tickets. Provides functional and technical expertise, guidance, and configuration SuccessFactors’ products to customers.

ssential Functions
  • Functions as an individual contributor leading a product implementation team to deliver SuccessFactors RCM and RMK products. 
  • Gathers and analyzes the clients’ business requirements and objectives.
  • Creates and delivers high quality demonstrations and presentations.
  • Develops system configurations to conform to client specifications and best practices.
  • Adheres to software implementation standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoots and provides resolution of system issues or defects, as assigned.
  • Completes internal tasks assigned.
  • Assists with preparation of training materials to include teaching clients how to utilize the system.

Required Qualifications
  • Current and valid Certifications in SuccessFactors RCM or RMK modules. 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with detailed knowledge of business processes, technical documentation, and RCM and RMK implementations.
  • At least 2 full implementation experiences on SuccessFactors RCM and RMK modules.
  • Prior experience in functional or technical consulting role. 
  • Experience in a managed services environment answering tickets for multiple customers.

Mandatory Skills: SAP Successfactor RCM-RMK .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
