About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled senior level professional with deep expertise in data migration for SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition modules—Recruiting Management (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and Onboarding 2.0 (ONB2.0). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex implementation environments, enjoys solving data challenges, and is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute data migration strategies for SuccessFactors RCM, RMK, and ONB2.0.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess legacy systems, define data requirements, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Design and implement data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation processes.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues during and after implementation.
  • Support implementation teams by aligning data migration with project timelines and deliverables.
  • Facilitate client workshops and provide expert guidance on data migration best practices.
  • Mentor junior consultants and data analysts.
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities by scoping data migration efforts and estimating resources.
  • Maintain documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in EC, RCM, RMK, and ONB2.0.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in data migration for SuccessFactors implementations.
  • Proven experience with ONB2.0 and at least one migration from ONB1.0 to ONB2.0 (preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in data tools such as SAP Data Services, Excel, and SQL.
  • Solid understanding of HR business processes and data structures.
  • Ability to travel within the U.S.

  • Advanced knowledge of SuccessFactors data models and integration points.
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft and migration to SAP SuccessFactors an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Collaborative team player with leadership capabilities.

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
