The Senior Account Manager is a revenue-focused leader responsible for driving growth through consultative, solution-based selling of SAP SuccessFactors and related HR transformation services. This role owns the sales cycle end-to-end—building executive relationships, influencing decision-makers, and positioning strategic HR technology solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Senior Account Manager ensures client satisfaction while proactively identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The role collaborates closely with SAP and its partner ecosystem to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end HR transformation solutions aligned with client objectives.

Essential Functions
Sales & Strategic Engagement
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities
- Own the sales process from prospecting to contract execution, ensuring alignment with client budgets and timelines
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders to influence strategic decisions
- Develop compelling ROI models and business cases to support HR technology investments
- Partner with SAP and ecosystem teams to orchestrate joint sales strategies
- Identify and execute account growth initiatives, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Account & Delivery Oversight
- Act as the primary escalation point for account management
- Participate in governance meetings with clients and internal leadership to ensure alignment and satisfaction

Required Qualifications
- Overall 10+ years in professional services
- 3+ years in HCM services sales

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Strong understanding of HCM transformation services and SAP SuccessFactors
- Proven ability to sell value over price and influence executive stakeholders
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to balance sales targets with client engagement responsibilities
- Awareness of AI trends and emerging HR technologies
- Project scoping and sizing skills (nice to have)

Experience: 8-10 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
