Position Summary

The Consultant will be responsible for providing expert-level production support for the Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) area, ensuring system stability, resolving complex issues, and implementing enhancements. The role includes working with global stakeholders to maintain recruiting operations and troubleshooting HR technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities͏

· Production Support (L2/L3): Troubleshoot, resolve, and root-cause analyze complex functional and technical issues within ORC.

· Functional Enhancements: Lead or support the design, configuration, and implementation of ORC enhancements based on business requirements.

· Release Management: Evaluate quarterly Oracle HCM updates and patches, ensuring compatibility and implementing new features.

· ORC Configuration: Hands-on configuration of job requisitions, candidate management, job offers, career sites, approvals, and recruitment workflows.

· Integrations & Data: Maintain integrations between ORC and Core HR, payroll, background checks, and external job boards using HCM Data Loader (HDL), REST/SOAP APIs.

· Reporting: Create and maintain reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.

· Documentation: Maintain up-to-date functional design documents (FDs), test scripts, and configuration workbooks.

Required Skills͏

· Deep Functional Knowledge: Proven experience in ORC configurations, recruiting lifecycle, Journeys, and workflows.

· Technical Understanding: Strong experience with HDL, HSDL, Fast Formulas, and BIP reports.

· Support Experience: Experience working in a fast-paced production support environment, handling service requests.

· Security: Understanding of Oracle HCM security concepts, RBAC, and data security policies.

· Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to work in a global delivery model.

· Completed at least 2 Implementations in ORC

· Good Experience of Core HR and additional modules in Fusion HCM
