Job Description
Product Ownership & Delivery
- Represent the voice of the customer and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Own and manage the Product Backlog, ensuring items are well‑defined, prioritized, and aligned with business value.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure readiness for sprint planning.
- Participate actively in sprint ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure timely decision‑making to prevent delivery delays.
Stakeholder Communication & Management
- Act as the primary communication bridge between stakeholders and the delivery team.
- Engage with business, client, internal, and external stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify priorities, and manage expectations.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, priorities, and release plans clearly to all stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery status.
- Facilitate alignment across cross‑functional teams including Engineering, QA, UX, DevOps, Finance, and Business teams.
- Identify stakeholder risks and proactively manage concerns through structured communication and engagement plans.
Requirements & Analysis
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.
- Support impact analysis, dependency identification, and prioritization decisions.
- Work closely with teams to resolve requirement ambiguities and scope clarifications during development.
Governance, Risk & Quality
- Ensure alignment with agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Identify delivery risks early and communicate mitigation plans to stakeholders.
- Support release management activities and stakeholder sign‑offs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong stakeholder communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to clearly articulate priorities and business value to diverse audiences.
- Experience working with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

- Stakeholders have clear visibility into priorities, progress, and risks.
- Well‑groomed backlog aligned to business outcomes.
- Minimal delivery rework due to clear requirements and communication.
- Strong trust and collaboration between stakeholders and delivery teams.
