PA Tech Architect (C1)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Power Automate Technical Architect at the Manager level to lead enterprise-scale automation projects using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution architecture, process automation, and team leadership, with deep experience in Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop), Power Apps, and integration with Microsoft 365 and other enterprise systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architecture & Design:
    • Define scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures using Power Automate and the broader Power Platform.
    • Translate business requirements into technical solutions using best practices and standards.
  • Solution Development:
    • Lead the design and development of complex workflows using Power Automate (Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows/RPA).
    • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems.
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Guide development teams in implementing solutions aligned to architecture and best practices.
    • Conduct code reviews and performance optimization.
  • Governance & Security:
    • Define governance, compliance, and security guidelines for enterprise-wide Power Platform adoption.
    • Work closely with InfoSec and Compliance teams to enforce data loss prevention (DLP), connectors usage, and auditing.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management:
    • Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and present solution roadmaps.
    • Present architecture artifacts, POCs, and solution demos to clients and internal leadership.
  • Innovation & Best Practices:
    • Stay current with Microsoft’s Power Platform roadmap and industry trends.
    • Mentor junior architects and developers in Power Platform capabilities and patterns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience architecting and delivering Power Automate solutions (Cloud & Desktop).
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
  • Experience in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure Logic Apps, and Dynamics 365 integration.
  • Deep knowledge of automation design patterns, ALM for Power Platform, and RPA governance.
  • Strong experience in REST APIs, JSON, HTTP connectors, and custom connectors.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines in Power Platform.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-600, PL-400, etc.) are a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science.
  • Previous work experience as a technical architect.
