The candidate shall design and implement innovative solutions that align with our business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Demonstrated capability to lead and grow large, distributed teams in a complex development environment.Good experience in Icertis Functional and Technical skillsShould be able to have technical discussions with support from Technical & Functional ArchitectsExperience in End-to-End program delivery and development life cycleEngage with client to opportunities to deploy multiple solutions to create a stronger value proposition for clients and enhance share of businessConduct regular customer connects (meetings/ visits/ video-conference) and Management Review Meetings (MRM) with client management/engagement managers to understand customer’s current and future needs and seek feedback to improve delivery methodology/ timelines/ resource allocationAbility to work with different levels of management throughout an organization, excellent customer focusGood understanding of Project /Program executionCandidate should be able to demonstrate a stewardship role in coordinating between the larger Wipro ecosystem and help guide/align the Wipro team to customer needs.Ability to identify problems/Opportunities and provide solutionsCandidate should be well versed in customer interactions and should be able to quickly grasp the expectations and align team deliverables in accordance.Candidate should be a willing learner and proven mentor for his team.Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement.Exceptional communication skills both in written and verbal form.Candidate should demonstrate the willingness to handhold his team, create/track/report and deliver the deliverables as per defined scope.Monitor and take appropriate actions on internal and external audit findings to ensure no major non-compliance/ deviation from the SLAEnsure adherence to program/ project charter in terms of schedule, quality, efforts and costDrive account health across projects by conducting periodic cadence with the quality team to take proactive measures to resolves issues/ possible escalationsRegularly audit quality (QA) status of delivery and engage QA team to ensure adherence to Quality Assurance standards and processes
