Job Description
- Oversee and support the coordination of projects for a large customer, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Provide operational support by overseeing project logistics, resource allocation, and procurement activities.
- Develop and maintain project dashboards to track key performance indicators and project metrics.
- Facilitate talent onboarding processes for new project team members, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into project activities.
- Streamline governance processes within the PMO office to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and delivery.
- Support the PMO office in maintaining project documentation, tracking project progress, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and ensure effective communication between project stakeholders.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating operational risks and issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Contribute to the preparation of project presentations, reports, and other deliverables for the customer

- Bachelor's degree
- Strong understanding of operations management principles and practices.
- Experience in developing and maintaining dashboards and tracking operational metrics.
- Proven ability to streamline governance processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $1,35,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
