Role Purpose

  • Overall 10+ Years of experience and min of 5+ years relevance in telecom domain.
  • Experience in technical program management, preferably in the telecom domain.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications can be a plus.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Act as contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide technical guidance and ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Manage resources effectively to ensure project success.
  • Handling the project teams with onsite – offshore model.

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
