Integrated Service Transition SME-L3
Role Purpose
- Work within project teams to review proposed service design and support in design activities where required (dependent on size of project)
- Provide assurance that the service design is fit for purpose and fulfils expectations for both the business and BAU support teams
- Ensure that the service design will deliver the desired service hours, availability, capacity, SLA’s/KPI’sCo-ordinate with project and BAU teams to successfully transition new / upgraded services
- Define and document Support Model & Service Operating Model
- Ensure that Service Acceptance Criteria (SAC) is agreed and delivered prior to project go live
- Co-ordinate with project and BAU teams to ensure that relevant updates are made to knowledge articles, service request, comms, service desk scripts etc.
- Chair Go / No Go meetings with all stakeholders
- Schedule & chair ELS meetings with all stakeholders
- Managing ELS period to ensure that any incidents are captured and resolved
- ELS reporting
- Ensure ELS exit criteria is agreed and met prior to ELS exit
