As part of this project, your role as a Procurement Sourcing Specialist will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.

The skills & experience you need:

• Fluency in English and German;
• Bachelor’s degree holder;
• BPO Experience of 2 years minimum in procurement operations;
• Advanced level knowledge in Procurement, Managing Supplier Data, PR to PO Lifecycle processes;
• Sourcing to Contract skills (contract re-/negotiation and price reduction);
• Experience of working in SAP / Ariba / other Procurement/S2C/MDM tools;
• Experience with indirect procurement and Tail spend management;
• Technology Exposure - SAP environments/Ariba similar system.

What you'll be doing:

• Purchase Request management: Purchase request management within pre-defined scope/threshold, RFX as required by the process, Negotiation - Responsible for achieving savings, payment term increase, preferred supply base and other procurement targets​;
• Contracting: Contract Preparation/Re-Negotiation/Amendment/ Appendix/Signature/Archiving; Price, T&C (incoterm/payment term/etc.), Legal validation;
• Vendor management support: Vendor creation requests in system and relevant data update, onboarding & life cycle management of the supplier base. Supplier classification, Supplier relationship/performance management;
• RFx/ RFQ Support: RFQ handling, execution, summary of responses, comparisons of supplier responses;
• Negotiation Support - Component Sourcing: Pre-negotiation analysis for suppliers, markets, target price, T&C's;
• Data Analysis (Spend / Saving, Forecast, TPD, Purchase Volumes, Renegotiation Opportunity Analysis);
• Contract support: Administrative NDA, LOA, contract support as per agreed process.
• Contact suppliers for update is needed or a new contract negotiation is required.
