| -Good Knowledge of Sales process. | |||||
| - Responsible for responding back to the client and internal stakeholders in an efficient and professional manner | |||||
| - Handles and resolves customer complaints- identify and escalate priority issues | |||||
| - Build a strong personal customer rapport and establish engagement to drive positive customer experience | |||||
| - Data Analysis - Analyzing data short term long term trends, report generation, graphical representation, business analytics report, management reports - Support service delivery teams – onsite/offsite client location - in process stabilization - Control CPM performance through DMAIC/Six sigma/Application of Quality tools as applicable - Coach and counsel the span and provide guidance to them on way forward, meeting client requirement, client metrics, process improvement |

| - Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) | ||||||
