Job Description

We are looking for a Production Support, with experience on Windows/Middleware with Monitoring Tools 

This position is hybrid on Mexico City

Required Skill:
* 3+ years of experience in Application Support / Production Support

* Strong experience supporting banking or financial services applications

* Knowledge of:
  Unix/Linux environments
  SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, or similar)
  Log analysis and batch processing
  Middleware (MQ, APIs, file-based integrations)

* Familiarity with monitoring tools (Splunk, ITRS, Dynatrace, etc.)

* Experience with Mexico payment systems (SPEI highly preferred)

* Understanding of:
  Payment processing flows
  Cut-off times and settlement cycles
  Reconciliation and exception handling

* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

* Ability to work under pressure in production incidents

* Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

* Strong ownership and accountability mindset

* Spanish  English proficiency (business level)

 

DESIRED_SKILL:
