Job Description: 

Program Director

  • Lead Multi Track, Multi Year large scale transformation program (100-200 associates)
  • Proven delivery track record for software product development and implementation programs

Manage CIO-1 level client executives and Client Program Leaders

  • experience in program implementation
  • Aviation IT experience preferred
  • Flight and/or Crew Operations Technology Program experience is desirable
  • Comfortable with Global Delivery Model
  • Managing Technology, Product and Implementation leaders
  • Accountable for Delivery, Profitability and Customer Success
  • Location : Dallas/Our of customer premises

Experience: >10 YEARS .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $125,000 to $210,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
