Job Description
● Accountable for delivery of services defined in the Scope of Work
● Accountable for assisting client setting up SLAs and/or SLOs
● Accountable for human resources management, resource management
● Ensures consistency with global practices, and updates ; maintains consistent processes as defined by the Program Manager
● Serves as the primary escalation resource for issues with deliverables; remedies issues rapidly and to client's satisfaction
● Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly task activity reports
● Trains new and mentors existing team members
● Performs onboarding, Offboarding, and resource performance review and management
○ Creating and improving templates
○ Process improvement ChromeOS Operations Requirements Scope of Work
○ Creating and updating feedback forms
○ Auditing process compliance
● Coordinates with other existing vendor(s) in the global program
● Ensures business continuity during staff absence or transition
● Working with customer together for site audit related task execution
Experience: 5-8 Years .
