Job Description

Role Purpose

Lead end‑to‑end delivery of the Client Data Product Onboarding engagement, managing scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder alignment across Wipro and Client teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Define program roadmap and sprint plans for ingestion, catalog, and DQ tracks.

· Manage cross‑functional team of 20+ (onshore/offshore), including Ingestion Lead and Data Stewards.

· Act as primary liaison to CLIENT Business & IT sponsors; chair steering committees.

· Maintain RAID log; drive timely risk mitigation and issue resolution.

· Ensure compliance with CLIENT audit, security, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Experience

· 10+ years program/project management in data or analytics.

· Proven track record in financial‑services or other regulated domains.

· Working knowledge of Snowflake, Collibra, and DQ concepts.

· Expertise in Agile/SAFe delivery and Jira/Confluence tooling.

· Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· PMP, PMI‑ACP, or SAFe SPC.

· Capital‑markets post‑trade exposure.

· Experience managing offshore delivery models.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $100,000 to $200,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
