Role Overview
The Program Manager will lead large‑scale Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) programs across SAP, Java, Data, and Salesforce platforms for a utilities customer. This role is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery governance, client engagement, financial management, and cross‑technology coordination in a global delivery model. The position is client‑facing and requires fluency in English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end program delivery for ADM engagements covering development, enhancements, and production support.
- Manage scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across SAP, Java, Data, and Salesforce portfolios.
- Act as the primary client interface and escalation point; lead governance and executive reviews.
- Manage program financials including budget, forecasting, revenue, and margin.
- Ensure SLA, KPI, and contractual compliance while driving productivity and continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor multi‑location delivery teams (onshore, nearshore, offshore).
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure integrated delivery.
- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and enterprise delivery standards.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of IT experience with strong leadership in ADM / managed services programs.
- Experience of managing large programs for utilities customer
- Proven experience managing complex, multi‑technology programs (SAP, Java, Data, Salesforce).
- Strong program governance, financial management, and risk management skills.
- Excellent client‑facing and executive communication capabilities.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or ITIL certifications preferred.
- SAP, Salesforce, or Cloud certifications are a plus.

Experience: 8-10 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
