Job Description

Role: Program Manager

A program manager with utilities and Operations Technology (OT) experience would be responsible for leading and overseeing large-scale programs within the utilities sector, focusing on the integration and management of operational technology systems. This role requires a blend of program management expertise, technical knowledge of OT systems (like SCADA, DCS, IIoT), and a strong understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of the utility industry.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Program Management Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing large-scale, complex programs, preferably within the utilities sector.
  • OT Systems Knowledge: Strong understanding of OT systems, including their architecture, functionality, and integration with IT systems.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant technologies, such as OT, SCADA, IoT, and cloud computing.
  • Stakeholder Management Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to present Program overview and status to C-level leadership at customer end
