Project Coordinator - CAE (Onsite)

Utsunomiya, Tochigi, Japan

Qualification:

BE/B.Tech – Automobile/Mechanical

Requirement

• 8+ years of CAE experience in Automotive domain.
• Japanese Language – N2 & above Level/Business Level Communication
• English - Advanced level enabling good verbal and written communication.
• Good Knowledge of CAE modeling and Simulation.
• Good hands-on experience in CAE softwares like ANSA, Nastran and Abaqus.
• Good Exposure to Catia V5 & V6 or any other CAD tools with knowledge of PLM/PDM tools like Enovia
• Excellent communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
• Coordinating project schedules, resource, equipment and information with customer and offshore team.
• Ensure flawless communication both with customer and offshore team in meeting customer requirements / KPI’s.
• Act as the single point of contact and communicate project status to all relevant stakeholders.
• Accountable to ensure the offshore team is adequately utilized to their capacity.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality reviews.
• Capable of performing sanity review of all the deliverables received from offshore team before delivering to the customer.
• Participate in regular meetings with customer to update the status and performance of the team with respect to the customer KPI’s.
