Title – Project Coordinator
Location – Santa Clara CA
Duration – FTE Perm with Benefits OR Contract (Both Options Open)
Key Responsibilities
Maintain project plans, schedules, and task tracking (e.g., Jira/Smartsheet/MS Project)
Coordinate meetings (agendas, invites, notes, action items, follow-ups)
Track milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and status updates
Manage project documentation (requirements, RAID logs, change requests, SOPs)
Communicate updates to stakeholders and escalate risks/issues as needed
Support resource coordination across teams (availability, handoffs, timelines)
Assist with scope/change management and basic budget/invoice tracking (if applicable)
Ensure compliance with team/process standards (templates, approvals, reporting cadence)
Support onboarding to project tools/processes and continuous process improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
2.5–8 years experience in project coordination/program support/operations (varies by level)
Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable driving follow-ups
Proficiency with common tools: Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, Confluence/SharePoint, Jira/Asana/Trello
Ability to handle multiple workstreams and shifting priorities
Basic understanding of project lifecycle concepts (scope, schedule, risks, dependencies)
Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
