Job Title: Senior Business Analyst – Onboarding & Refresh Sub-Domain (C&IB)

Location: Onshore-Melbourne
Domain: Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB)
Engagement: Full-time

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts to join our squads supporting the Onboarding & Refresh Sub-Domain within C&IB. This role involves working in a dynamic environment, driving business analysis for complex initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business analysis activities across onboarding and refresh processes.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for integration and data-related initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define solutions aligned with compliance frameworks (AML/KYC).
  • Support transformational change programs within C&IB.
  • Ensure timely delivery of requirements in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex environments.
  • Strong data analysis capability and experience with integration requirements.
  • Solid understanding of onboarding processes and compliance frameworks (AML/KYC).
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes initiative.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.

Nice-to-Have

  • Familiarity with Customer Master, RDM, and FenX platforms.
  • Experience in C&IB transformational change initiatives.
  • Exposure to enterprise data governance and reference data management.
