Key responsibilities • Project management: Lead the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closing, ensuring all objectives are met. • Team leadership: Provide direction and leadership to cross-functional project teams. • Stakeholder management: Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from clients and executives to team members, to manage expectations and relationships. • Risk and issue management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessary. • Financial management: Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial objectives are met. • Quality assurance: Ensure the quality of project deliverables and adherence to project management methodology. • Communication: Create and deliver timely status reports, manage project documentation, and provide clear communication to all involved parties. • Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including work breakdowns, schedules, and resource allocation. Required skills and qualifications • Proven experience in project management, especially with IT software implementations. • Specific experience with SAP solutions, particularly SAP S/4HANA or the SAP Utilities Cloud, is often required. • Experience in the utilities industry is highly beneficial. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall. • Knowledge of project management tools. • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Business, Computer Science, or Engineering is typically required. • Certifications like PMP or SAP certifications are often preferred |

Experience: 8-10 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
