Job Description: 

Project Manager

Proven experience in managing large, complex, and cross-functional projects.
Understanding of enterprise-level applications, system integration, and IT infrastructure.
Strong ability to lead, coach, and influence teams
Advanced ability to analyze project metrics, budget variances, and performance.
Ensures projects align with company-wide goals and initiatives.
Manages large-scale initiatives that span multiple business units, ensuring adherence to standard processes
Identifies, manages, and mitigates risks through corrective actions.
Acts as the primary liaison between project teams and executive leadership.
Leads teams using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Mandatory Skills: Program Management .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
