Responsabilities

• Responsible for Project delivery of the business outcomes associated with project scope

• Manages and accountable for Project full implementation lifecycle • Project Financial Control

• Responsible for the relationship management with all stakeholders • Identify and manage key workstream inter-dependencies • Identify new opportunities and bring knowledge of industry standards and direction

• Early identification of resource requirements both from the client and for your internal team. Actively support, manage, mentor and build

• Take a ‘big picture’ perspective on the contribution of your workstream to the overall Transition and ensure the Program Deliverables

• Responsible for Workstream Project Plan, Monitoring and Progress Report

• Responsável pelo Plano, Monitoramento e Relatório de Progresso do Projeto do Fluxo de Trabalho.

 

Required Competence / Skills

• Knowledgeable on Project Management process and procedures 

• Risk & Issue Management

• Knowledgeable regarding Microsoft Project Plan

• Stakeholder Management, including customer engagement and development of senior level relationships

• Ensuring clear and effective communication to the customer, team and partners • Leadership including development, influencing, coaching

• Organizational skills; problem-solving skills; have attention to detail; have the ability to work well under pressure

• Comfortable working w/ a large team – team player; • Good level on English writing and speaking

 

Desired Competence/Skills

• Oracle Cloud management experience

Availability to work both on-site and in Porto Alegre is required.
