Role Overview
The Account Delivery Leader is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery ownership of large Healthcare / BFSI / Aviation accounts, ensuring seamless execution, SLA adherence, financial governance, and client satisfaction. In this role, the Leader is expected to drive the transformation of service delivery aligned to the Heathcare trends, Artificial Intelligence and has technical skills. The role acts as the single‑point delivery leader for healthcare customers, driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, transformation, and growth.
This role requires strong domain understanding of either of these sectors, experience managing complex delivery portfolios and the ability to partner with senior client stakeholders while leading large, global delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Account Management
- Own end‑to‑end delivery across programs and projects within the respective account, ensuring adherence to contractual SLAs, quality, cost, and timelines
- Understanding of the AI , Gen AI technologies and ability to leverage these to drive productivity , Quality and create differentiator in the customer environment
- Define and govern delivery parameters, delivery models, staffing plans, and risk mitigation strategies
- Drive account health through proactive monitoring of delivery metrics, audits, early warning indicators, and escalations
- Ensure compliance with information security, regulatory, and contractual obligations, including healthcare‑specific requirements
- Drive Delivery Excellence and Quality Initiatives

- Provide thought leadership across the domains.
- Ensure delivery compliance with regulations and standards in these sectors
- Partner with client leadership to modernize healthcare platforms, workflows, and operating models
- Drive adoption of digital, cloud, analytics, interoperability, and automation solutions within these accounts
- Knowledge of Industry Platforms will be an added advantage
Client Relationship & Governance
- Act as the primary delivery interface with senior client stakeholders, including CXOs and executive sponsors
- Execute the Initiatives aligned to the Relationship goals and objectives
- Conduct Management Review Meetings (MRMs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and executive connects
- Build trusted advisor relationships and proactively address delivery risks and escalations
- Share account performance dashboards, insights, and improvement plans with clients

- Lead and mentor Delivery Managers, Program Managers, and large cross‑functional teams
- Drive Change Management and Workforce transformation in line with the emerging trends in the market around Gen AI, Engineering methodologies
- Drive talent development, succession planning, engagement, and retention
- Build high‑performing global delivery teams with strong healthcare domain capability
- Foster a culture of accountability, quality, innovation, and continuous improvement
Growth & Transformation
- Partner with pre‑sales and solution teams to support deals, proposals, and estimations
- Identify and incubate new growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Drive delivery transformation aligned to new operating models, agile delivery, and digital adoption
- Collaborate with internal practices and industry groups to bring best‑in‑class solutions to clients
Qualifications & Experience
- 20–25+ years of experience in IT / Digital / Managed Services delivery, with significant exposure to any domain (Healthcare / BFSI / Aviation)
- Proven experience managing large, complex accounts with multi‑million‑dollar portfolios
- Strong understanding of systems, regulatory compliance, and data privacy
- Experience in global delivery models, large‑scale transformations, and executive stakeholder management. Strong financial acumen with experience owning P&L, margins, and commercial governance
