Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deploy advanced agent-based AI solutions employing Generative AI, LLMs, and deep learning methodologies that empower autonomous decision-making and operation.
• Design and implement multi-agent systems supporting complex use cases such as Agent Web platforms, AI-enabled commerce systems, and next-generation autonomous enterprise workflows that simplify and enhance user experiences.
• Partner with business stakeholders to thoroughly understand problems and transform them into comprehensive, end-to-end AI solutions that accelerate adoption and deliver clear time-to-value benefits.
• Establish robust governance mechanisms for agentic AI systems emphasizing human-in-the-loop oversight, system observability, audit trails, and resilient failure handling processes to ensure ethical and compliant operation.
• Lead AI solution delivery focused on achieving significant, quantifiable business outcomes, including boosting productivity, reducing operational costs, and driving revenue growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define architectural standards, reusable solution patterns, and technical roadmaps that align with product and innovation strategies.
• Guide and mentor engineering teams on agentic design principles, AI system architecture, performance optimization, and best practices in AI development.
• Continuously research and integrate emerging technologies in agentic AI, autonomous intelligent systems, and multi-agent coordination to maintain a competitive edge for the organization.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet high standards for scalability, maintainability, security, and overall quality throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• In-depth knowledge of AI, machine learning, deep learning architectures, and their practical application within enterprise environments.
• Proven hands-on experience designing and implementing agentic AI frameworks along with multi-agent system architectures enhancing automation and decision-making capabilities.
• Expertise with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and managing vector databases for sophisticated data retrieval.
• Proficiency in programming and AI development tools such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Demonstrated ability integrating AI technologies into existing enterprise workflows, business processes, and digital ecosystems.
• Experience applying exponential engineering concepts, leveraging advanced AI native engineering tools to accelerate development cycles and deployment timelines.
• Strong understanding of agent orchestration techniques including reasoning, memory management, and intelligent tool utilization within AI agents.
• Solid background in designing scalable distributed systems, including familiarity with big data frameworks like PySpark.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, combined with modern MLOps practices to ensure robust model lifecycle management.
• Track record of leading successful large-scale AI solution deployments that deliver significant business impact.

Authority & Accountability

This role holds full authority over AI solution architecture decisions and is accountable for driving the design, development, and deployment of production-ready agentic AI solutions. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and business units to ensure solutions meet strategic objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
