1.    AI Consultants
 
Key Responsibilities
 
•    Engage business stakeholders to discover and prioritize workflow use cases; build value cases and ROI
•    Define target architecture for multi-agent solutions on Azure AI Foundry Agent Service, Azure Functions and Service Bus
•    Design knowledge and retrieval architecture: vector / hybrid search, Knowledge Graph (GraphRAG) and context engineering strategy
•    Design orchestration, agent memory and human-in-the-loop patterns, incl. ERP/CRM integration via MCP
•    Set Responsible AI guardrails, security, and governance (Entra ID, Content Safety, Prompt Shields, Purview)
•    Define evaluation, observability and LLMOps; lead pre-sales (proposals, PoCs, workshops) and mentor engineers
•    Domain knowledge ( Preferred): Finance & invoice processing, Audit / tax document review, HR onboarding, Client service requests
 
Technical skills required:
 
•    Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search (vector / hybrid RAG)
•    Microsoft Agent Framework / Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangGraph, MCP
•    Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, API Management, Power Automate
•    Knowledge Graph (GraphRAG), Cosmos DB, Fabric
•    Agent memory, context engineering and guardrail design patterns
•    Dynamics 365, SAP, ServiceNow integration; Copilot Studio; Well-Architected Framework
 
Experience: 10–15 yrs in IT, incl. 3+ yrs AI/ML and 1+ yr GenAI / agentic AI; client-facing consulting
 
Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech/MCA; AZ-305 and AI-102 certifications preferred

     

 

Mandatory Skills: M365 Copilot .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .
