Title: BMC Helix ITSM

Total Years of Experience: 10 Years to 17 Years

Location: PAN India

Role Overview 

Associate is responsible for strategic leadership, solution architecture, platform governance, AI-enabled ITSM transformation, automation, and operational excellence across enterprise BMC Helix environments. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Own architecture, roadmap and L3 support for BMC Helix ITSM platform and core ITIL modules.
  • Architect and optimize ITSM workflows, service catalog, SLAs, and approvals.
  • Lead ITSM transformation.
  • Design workflows, catalogs, SLAs and governance
  • Drive AI, automation and AIOps adoption
  • Lead integrations with CMDB, Discovery, Observability and ITOM platforms
  • Drive RCA, upgrades, migrations and performance optimization
  • Mentor L1/L2/L3 teams and support presales initiatives

Required Technical Skills 

BMC Helix ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, DWP, Innovation Studio, ITIL Processes, REST APIs, AIOps, Automation, Service Integration. 

Mandatory Competencies 

Architecture leadership, stakeholder management, consulting expertise, automation strategy, problem solving and enterprise delivery leadership. 

Experience 

10+ years ITSM experience with 7+ years in BMC Remedy/Helix environments supporting large-scale enterprise implementations. 

Preferred Certifications 

BMC Helix Certified Professional, ITIL MP/Expert, Discovery/CMDB certifications, Agile certifications.

Area of Responsibility

Requirement Analysis-Participate in requirement discussions with client stakeholders to define solution and implementation level needs basis the business requirements.

Designing-Create solution architecture designs to meet cross-system interactions and business logic integration requirements, ensuring system cohesion across multiple applications.

Integration assessment and support-Assess and evaluate interactions across multiple applications by evaluating implementation dependencies and integration requirements.

Troubleshooting-Support validation of solution components during implementation and ensures the solution functions as designed.

Risk Analysis and Assessment-Assist in identifying potential risks by evaluating system performance of implemented architectural solutions, to ensure efficient system landscape.
