Job Description

Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support delivery through development and deployment of tools.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure BMC Helix Operations Management with AIOps.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance using AI/ML-based tools.
  • Implement predictive service management to proactively address issues.
  • Develop and maintain workflows and automation scripts.
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex IT issues.
  • Integrate BMC Helix with other ITSM tools and platforms.
  • Create and manage dashboards for real-time monitoring and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service performance.
  • Document processes and maintain standard operating procedures.
  • Provide technical support and training to users and IT staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in IT operations management and AIOps.
  • Proficiency in BMC Helix Operations Management and AIOps tools.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms and predictive analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., BMC Certified Professional).
