Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management & Delivery Oversight: Provide strategic leadership and hands-on mentoring to a team responsible for processing CRE loan applications and supporting portfolio activities. Drive operational excellence by ensuring all deliverables meet ambitious service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain an exceptional documentation accuracy rate, aiming for at least 98% right-first-time performance to uphold quality and compliance.
  • Operational Excellence: Uphold strict compliance with AAF Lending Policies, Standards, and Lending Criteria, ensuring all credit materials and supporting documentation are thoroughly reviewed and approved before submission to the UK Credit team. Facilitate the efficient tracking of loan applications through advanced front-end systems, aiding transparency and timely approvals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the principal liaison for communication between Wipro and UK-based teams, managing operational updates, issue escalations, and collaborative process improvements. Foster transparent and proactive engagement to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Compliance & Risk Coordination: Coordinate closely with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Financial Crime units to manage onboarding processes and mitigate fraud risks, ensuring compliance with UK banking regulations and internal policies. Actively participate in risk assessment activities and support audit readiness.
  • Process Improvement & Reporting: Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance service quality, leveraging data-driven insights. Prepare comprehensive performance reports and dashboards to inform senior leadership and support strategic decision-making.
  • Training & Development: Design and deliver targeted training programs to elevate team expertise in UK CRE lending practices, internal systems, and compliance requirements. Foster a culture of continuous professional growth and learning agility, encouraging team members to advance their skills and careers.
  • Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Participate in cross-functional meetings with UK counterparts and undertake special projects as assigned by Wipro or UK-based leadership to support organizational objectives and client satisfaction.
