Role Purpose


The purpose of this role is to analyse, identify, rectify & recommend specific improvement measures that help in the security posture of the organization by protecting the sensitive information

  • Responsibilities

    • Design and execute end-to-end IAT scenarios covering system integration and business processes
    • Develop and maintain test cases, test data, and test execution plans
    • Coordinate with business, development, and SIT/UAT teams for test readiness and execution
    • Identify, track, and drive resolution of defects and integration issues
    • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and fallout analysis during test cycles 
    • Support regression and re-testing cycles to ensure stability across releases 
    • Ensure test coverage, traceability, and documentation aligned to requirements
    • Provide test status reports, risk insights, and go-live readiness inputs
    • Identify and escalate issues that arise during the UAT process to the appropriate stakeholders, including project managers and technical teams.
    • Responsible for communicating testing progress and results to stakeholders, including technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• Communication skills: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong Decision making skills – Decisive on how to progress in the face of challenges, in the best interest of the business
• Problem Solving – Ability to think outside the box to solve problems to drive win-win outcomes.
• Strong analytical thinking – to ensure right outcomes for the business are achieved.
• Thorough and persistent in approach – ensuring temporary mitigation are actioned and longer range solutions are ultimately delivery.
• Strong experience in Integration Testing / IAT / SIT / UAT cycles
• Good understanding of end-to-end system flows (OSS/BSS/CRM/Billing preferred)
• Experience in test case design, execution, defect management, and reporting
• Hands-on with tools like JIRA, ALM, DevOps, or similar test management platforms
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Familiarity with Agile delivery models
