Job Description

Role and Responsibilities -
Good Knowledge on Load Balancer and troubleshooting firmware upgrade, SSL offloading, Load Balancing Monitors etc.
Administration and maintenance of Cisco ASA and Checkpoint firewalls, including deployment, configuration, and management.
Manage day to day firewall operations, implementing firewall rule requests, configuration changes, and upgrades as needed
Ability to diagnose and resolve firewall-related issues effectively. 
Responding to security incidents, performing troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. 
Troubleshooting and handling escalated tickets like P1, P2.
Troubleshoot and fix high priority issues related to Firewall, Load balancer, Web Application Firewall.
Working on the assigned tickets within the agreed Timeline/SLA as per the Ticket Priority/Severity.
Basic understanding of Network security architectures for On Prem and Cloud.
Basic Routing protocols like RIP,OSPF & static routing 
Should have good knowledge on networking fundamentals and from network security background
Should have excellent communication
Should be flexible for rotational shift, working hours and good team player.
Role Qualifications -
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of Hands-on experience with Cisco ASA and Checkpoint Firewall as primary skills, and F5 Load Balancer as a secondary skill

 
Mandatory Skills: Cisco Firewalls and VPN .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .
