Job Description

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to resolve high-priority incidents through advanced troubleshooting, ensure SLA compliance, analyse system performance trends, and create mitigation measures by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Cloud Azure

  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud operations.
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server platforms.
  • Experience supporting enterprise storage and file services.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs, and load balancing.
  • Experience with Active Directory and identity management.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
