Key Responsibilities:

  • Cloud Security Operations
  • Monitor, analyse, and respond to security alerts across AWS, Azure, and OCI.
  • Support L1 SOC teams with investigation and escalation of cloud security incidents.
  • Perform threat hunting and proactive cloud risk identification.

 

Review and enforce:

  • Network security groups, security lists, and firewall rules
  • Encryption and key management (KMS, Key Vault, OCI Vault)
  • Ensure security best practices for:
  • Compute (VMs, EC2, OCI instances)
  • Containers and Kubernetes
  • Serverless services

 

CNAPP (Wiz) Management:

  • Administer and tune Wiz CNAPP:
  • Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM)
  • Cloud Workload Protection (CWPP)
  • Vulnerability Management
  • IAM risk analysis
  • Analyse Wiz findings (toxic combinations, attack paths, misconfigurations).
  • Work with DevOps and Cloud teams to remediate risks efficiently.

 

Technical Skills:

  • AWS (IAM, EC2, VPC, GuardDuty, Security Hub)
  • Azure (Defender for Cloud, Sentinel integration, Entra ID)
  • OCI (IAM, Networking, Logging, Security Zones)
  • Strong working knowledge of Wiz CNAPP

 

Understanding of:

  • Attack paths and misconfiguration risks
  • Container and Kubernetes security fundamentals
  • Infrastructure-as-Code security concepts

 

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of cloud security experience
  • Strong L2-level troubleshooting and incident handling capabilities

 

Certifications (Preferred):

  • AWS Security Specialty
  • Azure Security Engineer (AZ-500)
  • CNAPP or vendor-specific security training
