Required Skills & Experience
5+ years in Security Operations / Incident Response / Threat Intelligence / Risk Assessment
Strong triage experience with SIEM/SOAR tools (XSIAM or similar)
Hands-on ticket handling and process discipline in ServiceNow (or similar ITSM)
Familiarity with:
Phishing investigations, malware triage, suspicious login analysis
Credential compromise response and IAM controls (MFA, password resets, conditional access concepts)
Attack Surface Management concepts (external exposure, domain leaks, shadow IT indicators)
Ability to write clear incident summaries and risk statements for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Education / Certifications (Preferred)
Certifications (any): Security+, SSCP, CEH, GCIH, GCIA, Microsoft SC-200, SC-100 (or similar)
Degree in Cybersecurity / Information Systems / Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
