About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Assurance SME to join our
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the risk monitoring
and reporting processes within the organisation. This role requires a deep understanding of risk
management, strong analytical skills, and excellent leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operational Risk Analyst to join our Risk
Management team. This role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating
operational risks across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong
understanding of risk frameworks, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work
cross-functionally to support a culture of risk awareness and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct operational risk assessments and control evaluations across departments.
• Identify key risk indicators (KRIs) and monitor trends to proactively manage risk
exposure.
• Analyze root causes of operational incidents and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Maintain and update the enterprise risk register and ensure timely reporting of risk
events.
• Collaborate with business units to develop and implement risk mitigation plans.
• Support internal audits and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Prepare risk reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Assist in the development and delivery of risk training programs.
