Mandatory Skills

  • · Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM
  • · Experience supporting CyberArk in cloud-hosted environments (Azure)
  • · Knowledge of privileged access security principles
  • · Azure fundamentals knowledge is mandatory
  • · Experience onboarding infrastructure and application accounts
  • · Familiarity with Windows, Linux, databases, and service accounts
  • · Experience working in regulated, enterprise environments
  • · ITIL process awareness and ServiceNow experience

Key Responsibilities

CyberArk PAM – Migration & Cloud Enablement

· Support migration of CyberArk PAM (self-hosted) to Azure Cloud, including:

o Pre-migration readiness and dependency validation

o Account, platform, and policy alignment for Azure-hosted PAM

o Support for cutover and post-migration stabilisation

· Assist with PAM integration validation for applications and infrastructure hosted in Azure

· Support PAM platform health checks during and after migration

Privileged Access Operations

· Perform privileged account onboarding (Windows, Linux, databases, application/service accounts etc)

· Manage password rotation, reconciliation, and access validation

· Support PAM enablement for cloud-hosted workloads

· Handle PAM incidents, service requests, and changes via ServiceNow

· Participate in major incident calls related to privileged access

Governance, Testing & Compliance

· Support ITSC testing, security validation, and audit evidence preparation

· Ensure PAM controls align with client security standards and compliance requirements

· Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation

· Support post-migration BAU stabilisation and operational handover
