We are seeking a skilled Developer L3 to join Wipro Technologies, within the Technology Services sector, specifically in the TTMS - AMS (EA) practice. This role is key to supporting our digital transformation initiatives by developing, customizing, and optimizing Splunk-based solutions, with a strong focus on Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).

  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced Splunk dashboards and data ingestion pipelines that empower timely and actionable insights across security and operational data.
  • Utilize expertise in Splunk Search Processing Language (SPL) to create efficient and scalable search queries that facilitate complex data analysis and reporting.
  • Leverage tools like Git and Jenkins to implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring reliable and smooth delivery of software updates and enhancements.
  • Perform data parsing and log transformation to standardize and enrich data for enhanced visibility, correlation, and event detection in security and operational contexts.
  • Customize Splunk addons and undertake performance optimization tasks, improving data processing speed, system responsiveness, and user experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with security analysts, infrastructure teams, and fellow developers to deliver solutions aligned with business and security requirements.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and best practices in cloud observability and AIOPS to enhance monitoring capabilities and drive automated incident detection and remediation.

This role requires a strong passion for client-centric solutions, results-orientation, and a collaborative mindset, paired with the agility to adapt and learn in a fast-evolving technology landscape.

Mandatory Skills: Practical experience in AIOPS Cloud Observability to support proactive monitoring and insight extraction from complex IT environments.

Experience: 3-5 years in Splunk development and related observability or security tools, with hands-on knowledge of performance tuning, addon customization, and SIEM frameworks.
