Project Maintenance Analyst - Instrumentation Background

  • Instrumentation Background
  • 2+ years of relevant technical field/site experience.
  • Strong knowledge of CMMS Systems (e.g. SAP, Maximo etc.), CMMS Master Data Standards, Asset Management and Digital Systems
  • The role requires organizational and communication skills, technical proficiency, and a personal commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental performance.
  • Extensive background in data management.
  • Proficient in reviewing project scope documentation (e.g., P&IDs, datasheets, equipment registers, Basis of Design) to determine Maintenance Build scope.
  • Flexibility to adapt to areas of greatest need, such as, BOM generation, assignment of maintenance to equipment, and other project maintenance deliverables.
  • Strong data analysis and visualization capability, with hands‑on experience in tools such as Advance Excel, SQL and Power BI to convert CMMS data into actionable insights.

Areas of Responsibilities

Business process analysis-Analyse client business processes to identify improvement opportunities and change areas, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.

Market research & benchmarking-"Conduct in-depth market analysis and validate benchmarking study and proposed alternate process and functional methodologies.

Perform cost benefit analysis of proposed strategies to support planning decisions, including identification of any third party products."

Optimization Initiatives-Identify domain-specific process improvement opportunities, evaluate and propose enhancements, to align with defined business objectives and established best practices.

Technical Documentation-Prepare drafts of technical documentation for business processes and system configurations by gathering inputs from cross-functional teams to ensure relevant details are accurately captured.

Revenue Growth-Participate and contribute in designing proposals in alignment with the proposed solutions.
