Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and maintain Datadog across on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring comprehensive monitoring of applications, services, and infrastructure. This includes leveraging integrations with SolarWinds for in-depth network performance monitoring and management, as well as ThousandEyes for end-to-end visibility into the digital experience across the internet, cloud, and SaaS applications.

Develop and maintain dashboards, monitors, and alerts that provide real-time insights into system performance, availability, and security. Utilize the integrated capabilities of Datadog, SolarWinds, and ThousandEyes to create a unified view of IT health, enabling proactive issue resolution and performance optimization.

Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to integrate Datadog, SolarWinds, and ThousandEyes into the CI/CD pipeline, facilitating continuous monitoring and feedback. This collaboration ensures that all aspects of the system's performance are under surveillance, from the core network to application performance, providing a holistic view of system health.

Optimize the use of Datadog, SolarWinds, and ThousandEyes to ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining high levels of performance and reliability. This involves configuring these tools to complement each other, reducing overlap, and maximizing the unique strengths of each platform.

Stay current with new features and technologies related to Datadog, SolarWinds, and ThousandEyes, evaluating and implementing them as appropriate to meet business needs. This includes participating in webinars, workshops, and other learning opportunities to understand how integrations can be enhanced and leveraged for improved monitoring and analytics.

1.    Provide tool design, development and deployment support for the project delivery 
a.    Interact with the internal project or client to understand the project requirement from a tool perspective 
b.    Design the solution keeping in mind the tool requirements, current tools available as well as details on licenses required etc.
c.    Provide budget and timeline estimates for the tool development/ deployment as required
d.    For any new tool development, identify sources for development (internal or 3rd party) and work with the project managers on the development of the tool keeping in mind the production rollout timelines
e.    Conduct commercial discussions with the 3rd party vendors for licenses or tool development 
f.    Conduct appropriate testing to ensure error free deployment of the tool on the project
g.    Ensure deployment of tool on time and within the estimated budget
