Role Purpose

6+ years of overall experience mandatory experience as a people manager and in collections. 
• Experience in upselling and cross-selling within collections, care, or consumer domains 1. Experience in Customer Service, preferably in the Collections domain
2. Responsible for administrative tasks including reporting
3. Excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills
4. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement process improvements including technology and performance enhancements
5. Ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and communicate effectively with clients
6. Proficiency in call center applications, workforce management tools, quality assurance technologies, and other relevant call center software
7. Experience in goal-setting, including defining and prioritizing specific objectives

3. Overseeing daily activities of a team of voice and chat management agents
4. Ensuring achievement of all system, team, and individual customer service goals and standards

6. Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all service tasks and programs, as well as system and telecommunications capabilities English
BPO / Non BPO experience
Mandatory Skills: Customer Service .
