JD :

We are seeking a skilled Genesys Cloud Developer with 3–4 years of experience in designing and implementing customer engagement solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and optimizing Architect flows (inbound, outbound, postflow actions), developing Data Actions, integrating with external systems, managing Data Tables, and configuring Queues within the Genesys Cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities:

 Design, develop, and maintain Genesys Cloud Architect flows for inbound, outbound, and postflow scenarios.

Develop and implement Data Actions to facilitate integrations with external and internal APIs or data sources.

Create and manage Data Tables for dynamic data storage and retrieval within Genesys Cloud solutions.

Configure and optimize Queues for efficient routing of customer interactions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Genesys Cloud with third-party systems, ensuring seamless communication and data flow.

Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve flow issues to support business operations and enhance customer experience.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.

Ensure best practices and compliance with organizational standards in the design and deployment of Genesys Cloud solutions.

Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native components leveraging .NET 8 for high-performance contact center applications.

Monitor and optimize application performance, scalability, and cost within the cloud ecosystem

Develop cloud-native applications and services using GCP, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.

Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

We are looking for someone who is capable of handling a project on their own.

Most of the experience should be Genesyscloud and GCP and development skills are plus to have.
